Gaga's Workshop puzzle cube - Barneys New York

In a unique collaboration with Lady Gaga, Barneys New York launched "Gaga's Workshop", a Lady Gaga's interpretation of the iconic Santa's Workshop. V-Cubes was both honoured and delighted to be asked to assist in the creation of a special edition, highly collectible promotional cube for Gaga's Workshop. Part of the sales of this cube, as with all Gaga's Workshop items, will be donated to the Born This Way Foundation, recently launched by Lady Gaga.

This was the first collaboration for a promotional item by V-Cubes. We hope to have the chance to work closely with other brands of a similar magnitude in the near future and to offer them a tailor-made product, suitable to convey their company's values and vision to their clients and business partners.

The Born This Way Foundation will focus on youth empowerment and equality by addressing issues such as self-confidence, well-being, anti-bullying, mentoring, and career development - and will utilize digital mobilization as one means to create positive change.

Creativity Awards - Gold in Retail Packaging

Creativity International Awards is one of the longest running INDEPENDENT international advertising and graphic design competitions. The competition is running since 1970. V-CUBE™, through our designer team Matadog Design, took part in the 41st annual competition for the innovative V-CUBE 2™ packaging. Creativity International received over 1,100 entries into the 95 categories available to both professionals & students in Creativity 41 Print & Packaging. They came from 35 countries, 32 U.S. States & 4 Canadian Provinces.

V-CUBE™ and Matadog Design, the1st ever entrant from Greece, scored a Gold Award in the Retail Packaging category.

Silver Pentaward for V-CUBE 2™

V-CUBE™ was delighted to receive one more award for the pioneering V-CUBE 2™ packaging, this time by Pentawards!!! Pentawards is the first on-line global awards competition devoted entirely to packaging design.

Amongst the Pentawards winners this year are some of the most famous brands worldwide like Coca Cola, Jack Daniels, Davidoff and Heineken!!!

The competition features five major product categories, plus subcategories. V-CUBE™ won a silver award in the "Other markets - Entertainment" category. The only other toy to have ever won an award prior to that was Pokemon (Silver - 2009).
