  This is the best 5x5 I've ever turned. It can cut corners amazingly, and is very smooth! If you are looking for a speed-5x5, get this one!

  Best 5x5 available! Cuts corners like a hot katana cuts butter, and turns smoothly and consistantly. Pops are very occasional. I recommend getting cubesmith stickers when they come out, though, the vynl isn't very good. Overall, an absolutely astounding product! Thank you, Verdes!

  Awesome cube, but for some reason my past Rubik's brand 5x5x5 cubes were smoother. But this cube is much better.

  i can find no flaws with this cube , unlike the 6x6 it moves incredibly and no pops at all , well worth the money and very fun to solve !

  Finally arrived! 200 times better than my Rubik's Professor cube. The only flaws I have found is that the sticker quality, however better than Rubik's, is kinda poor. Also the black center piece kept popping off. I fixed that by putting a tiny piece of napkin in it and putting the piece back on. Well worth the money... BUY IT.

  Mechanism: This cube is well-built, feels very solid. Turns smooth, shipped pre-lubricated, no lock-ups at all. Solved it a few times, no cubes ever popped so far. Very good quality.
  
  Stickers: Some stickers have some air bubbles under them, plus there are some marks on them, I guess due to the automated manufacturing process. This is visible only in certain light angle, and it's not annoying. I think stickers are easier to locate on white background, than with black.
  Overall: Excellent cube, recommended!

  Of the three types of 5x5x5 I own, I have to say that this one has the best feel. The official one is too stiff and the Eastsheen turns almost too easily. This one turns easily, but the layers stay put once you stop. I highly recommend it.

  I ordered 3 cubes all together a month ago and got them a week ago: 5x5x5, 6x6x6 and 7x7x7. The first one (5x5x5) is absolutely fantastic, so smooth comparing to the older 5x5x5 cube, that I have had. 7x7x7 is also a masterpiece - all parts turn smoothly in all directions. 6x6x6 is the weakest one from all 3, but still worth buying. I see that it's made using other technical assumptions than odd layers V-cubes. After making the layers here more loose (using screwdriver like on 3x3x3 speedcubing cube) now it goes well, but you need to get used to its "click-click" performance and still pay attention not to break it. Anyway I don't regret paying for all the cubes even bearing in mind their quite high prices. Hope that bigger cubes won't cost a fortune!

  I played with my friend's because he bought one, and I was apprehensive at first becuase it didn't turn as smoothly as I thought it would, but after one solve, i beat my record by almost a minute! It never gets stuck and the colors are bright and easy to discriminate, so there is very little hesitation while solving. I can't wait to get my own, and I can't wait to own the entire v-cube line-up.

  After being so impressed with the V-Cube 6 and 7, I had to get the 5. I always wanted to solve my Rubik's 5x5 more, but it was so stiff to turn that after solving it once my hands would hurt. And yet it felt as if any moment it would fall apart, as if I had to hold it together. I don't mean to disparage the Rubik's but the V-Cube 5 is so much better it's staggering. It turns so smoothly and feels as if cut from billet. Solving this 5x5 is now an joy! Absolutely beyond my expectations and worth every cent. Fantastic!

  Great cube! Diffidently beats the Rubik's 5x5! It knocked about a minute of my time it took for me to solve the Rubik's 5x5! It's so easy to handle! It's smaller & I like that!

  Fast shipping, arrived in 4 days (sunday-thursday) in minnesota. The cube is pretty much perfect. Cuts corners, nice size and it's heavy, which I like alot. Eastsheens feel fragile, but no this. Very sturdy cube, I highly recommend it.

  A question: While I was ordering this cube, I was also asked to type the four last numbers of my CPR? I found this a little suspicious, so I cancelled the transfer. Why do they need my CPR? Were you also asked to type these numbers?

  i just got the white 5X5 and 7X7 V-cubes yesterday. They are fantastic. I ordered on march 1 and got it on march 11, in UPS standard, from Greece to Belgium.

  I've had my cube since march. And. Wow. This cube is absolutely amazing. I have never had a pop and hardly ever have a lock up. The stickers are superb. The size is perfect. What else can I say. Worth every penny.

  A fantastic cube. Though I'll always forever suck at edge pairing (I can only do an average of 5 edge pairs a minute), I really love this cube. Cube arrived in fast time too.
  
  However, I will only ever buy a \"perfect\" V-Vube 6, ie a cube with the internal mechanism that never ever goes of of allingment and a big reduction in the clickyness.

  Very nice, smooth and most of all durable cube. The build quality is brilliant, the day I got it, a friend accidental dropped it from 2 stories onto solid floor and it simply bounced down. any other cube would have shattered completely. HOWEVER I'm still contemplating whether it was worth £29...

  I got this cube as a gift when they were first released, I'm just now writing a review on it.
  
  The V-cube 5 is a excellent cube. It cuts corners really well, an entire piece to be exact. It is fast because of having such good corner cutting and has a stable construction that does not pop very often or break pieces like other 5x5 brands out there. Overall I am happy with this cube and have gotten my best solve times on it... However, it has 2 flaws worth mentioning that I would like the company to consider (If they don't already know about these) if they ever get retooled:
  
  The outermost layers of the V-cube 5 are very bumpy. That creates more resistance in these layers and in turn creates slightly inconsistent turning. This is caused by the bumps on the triangular pieces attached to the corners deep inside the cube. People have made a mod for this by simply sanding off the bumps, but I personally feel that you shouldn't have to.
  
  It also is not adjustable. The "screws" in the core are actually rivets and do not adjust when you turn them. It would've been nice to be able to adjust it. That way, everyone could adjust the core to the tension they desire.
  
  Overall, I score it a 9/10

  i got my v-cube 5 today and it only took 3 days from the day i order it (ordered it sunday evning, arrived Wednesday morning.) And i must say i am veeeeeeeeeeerrrry happy with it much better then my old one (rubiks, yeah the best cube ever!!!!... lol i hate it).

  I bought v5 white colour, but it wasnt like these at championships,anyway it wasnt like other descriptiions, i thinking for buing 6x6, 7x7 cauze i am not sure...(it was a bit sticky)
